Dr. Paul's Web Page Basics (WebShop)

The main goal of this is to provide a basic "how-to" for interested Robert Morris students (and/or faculty, staff, etc.).

My recommendation is to FIRST get some web space. LIBCOM has a nice deal; unlimited internet access plus they'll give you 5 meg of space for you to develop a webpage. (I'm sure they'd give you more if you paid more.)

How do I access the WEBShop tutorial?

• The WEBShop Tutorial is located at: http://academics.rmu.edu/~paul/webshop/webshop.html

• NOTE, although the tutorial is ready to go, and you are welcome to look it over, print it out, etc., remember that the tools referred to in the tutorial are not available online (directly) but are available on the WEBShop CD.

• If you'd like to obtain a copy of the CD, please come by and see me (or email me). I believe the $3 cost is minimal (i.e., to cover the price of a blank CD, jewel case, printing of labels, etc.). If it ever starts to look like I'm making a profit, I'll reduce the price accordingly.
