JANUARY 13--24, 2003 - Complete Mutual Letter of Agreement and Internship Information sheet and fax or mail or email as soon as possible.
JANUARY 13--APRIL 25, 2003- As soon as your internship begins Weekly Field Reports must be emailed to me.* Ten reports are required of all interns even if your internship is a continuation. The format should be similar to the sample provided. Remember to date and number each Weekly Field Report. The field reports should be received by me no later than Wednesday of the week following the work week reported. *All emails must include INTERN in the subject line.
During this time you should also periodically call me to discuss your progress and set up a site visit.
MARCH 5, 2003 -- Deadline for research paper topic to be cleared by me. If your internship is a continuation from last semester in lieu of the Organizational Analysis Paper, a research paper is required.
APRIL 4--APRIL 18, 2003 - The Performance Feedback Profile should be completed by your worksite supervisor and forwarded to me.
APRIL 21, 2003-- The Organizational Analysis Paper is due. Please review the Organizational Analysis Paper guideline sheet and sample job description. The paper, including attachments, should be at least seven pages in length. If you would like to review a sample, please contact me so a convenient time can be arranged.
If your internship is a continuation from last semester the research paper is due.
Your final grade is determined by me. Consideration is given to the quality and promptness of all submissions as well as the work site supervisor's evaluation. It is your responsibility to insure that all submissions are received by me on the requested due date and that your file is complete and up to date. Failure to meet deadlines can result in an Incomplete or Failing grade.
